Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Appointments can be made to purchase Gift Vouchers directly from The Spa, please do not just turn up to purchase.

They can be purchased via email and posted (fees apply) after payment (via payment link) is completed.

  1. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This will not be extended under any circumstances.
  2. They can be purchased for all types of Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Manual Facials, Pregnancy treatments, Spa treatments and Spa Days, we no longer sell Gift Vouchers for beauty treatments or cash denominations.
  3. They can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
  4. They may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
  5. Will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
  6. Will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.
  7. Can only be used by the named person on the voucher (non-transferable)
  8. Bookings must be made within plenty of time of the expiry of the voucher, extensions will not be given if you cannot book due to unavailability.
  9. All other Terms and Conditions of The Spa apply.
  10. The voucher will be void if cancellations/rescheduling does not follow our Terms and Conditions.
  11. Must be shown at the time of treatment or an alternative payment method will be required.
  12. The recipient must be fit for the treatment to be given (consultation required); no alternative will be offered.
  13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Spa is final.
  14. The Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
