Lash Services
Lash Lift
A semi-permanent treatment that lifts and curls your natural lashes from the root, creating the look of longer, fuller lashes without extensions. Perfect for a natural yet striking effect that lasts 6–8 weeks. Includes a lash tint.
Lash Tint
A quick treatment that darkens your natural lashes, giving the appearance of thicker, fuller lashes without the need for mascara. Ideal for fair or fine lashes and great as part of the Lash Lift.
Patch tests are needed for both of these treatments. Use the online form to book.

Individually applied to your natural lashes, extensions add length, volume, and definition for a customised look — from subtle and natural to bold and dramatic.  We use classic, hybrid and Russian techniques to create your perfect set.

Eye lash terms & conditions
Eyelash Extensions - pre & post advice
Eyelash extensions are not recommended for those that have or do the following (please disclose to your therapist):
- Watery eyes
- Allergies
- Flickery eyes
- Itchy eyes
- Rub eyes
- Pick lashes
- Heavy makeup wearer
- Work in a dusty environment
- Swim or use a hot tub daily
- Sleep on face
- Wear an eye mask
- Anxiousness
- Claustrophobia
- Vertigo
- Late stages of Pregnancy
- Previous reactions to extensions
- Certain medications and conditions
Pre-care
- Remove contact lenses.
- Lashes must be clean and make up free for at least 4 hours prior to appointment.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol on day of appointment.
- Don’t drink too much water prior (use bathroom).
- Ensure no interruptions.
- Be ready to lay still, eyes closed and flat on your back for up to 1 hour 30.
- Wash hair.
- Book your infills.
Post-care
- Do not get wet for 48 hours. That includes steam, heat, sweat, and spray.
- Sleep on your back.
- Do not pick.
- No makeup on lashes or around the eye area.
- If wearing make-up for special occasions or on lower lashes, ensure it is removed with the correct products.
- Do not go to sleep with makeup on.
- Do not go to sleep immediately after applying face or eye creams.
- Avoid oily face products and make-up.
- Do not pull lashes when putting in contacts.
- Do not put anything on the lashes.
- Brush gently to keep separated and fluffy (after 48 hours).
- Book for infills every 2-3 weeks.
- Use only recommended products to clean - available to purchase from the spa.
Remember
- Lashes take 48 hours to bond/cure fully, if you interrupt that process they will slide off.
- You no longer need makeup.
- Keep the lashes clean and dry.
- Keep up with your infills (book in advance).Follow the pre and after care and your lashes will be full and beautiful forever.
Patch Testing
Is no longer a requirement prior to treatment due to the following;
Patch testing for adhesive cannot provide a 100% conclusive result, this is because only a small amount of product is used. It is more likely for allergies and sensitivities to occur in clients who have been exposed to the product. This means a client who has been having lash extensions for a while is more susceptible than a new client who has never had them before.
