Spa Days

At The Spa @ The Courtyard, our Spa Days are designed for just 1–4 people, offering a very different experience from large commercial spas. You won’t find crowds, endless corridors, or dozens of rooms here—just a calm, intimate setting that’s entirely yours for the duration of your visit.

You’ll have private use of our cosy indoor Spa Lounge, complete with massaging loungers, books, magazines, and soft throws, where you can relax in the robe and slippers we provide. Step outside into the historic walled garden, beautiful in every season, rain or shine, and enjoy the hydrotherapy hot tub with its soothing waterfall and targeted massage jets for the neck, back, and feet. There are plenty of places to unwind, garden loungers for sunshine, or a covered terrace for shade or shelter, and we’ll make sure you’re always warm, cosy, and cared for, with unlimited fresh robes and towels throughout your stay.

Every Spa Day is led by one dedicated Spa Therapist, who will look after you from start to finish. Treatments are carried out one after another, allowing each guest to enjoy undivided attention and care. This way, everyone receives the full benefit of a personal, holistic experience - something that simply isn’t possible in a larger spa setting.

Depending on your chosen package, you’ll be treated to nibbles, a food hamper, refreshing drinks, or a glass of bubbly, all served with full waiter service. We’re also happy to cater to all dietary requirements.

The heart of your Spa Day is our range of holistic treatments. These are not “conveyor-belt” massages or facials, but deeply restorative therapies designed to calm the mind, ease the body, and leave you feeling balanced and renewed.

We offer a selection of Spa Day packages with different lengths and treatment options. While our maximum group size is four, we may be able to accommodate larger parties on request. Because we’re a small, independent spa, we can often offer flexible bookings, including Sundays and evenings, if your preferred date isn’t listed.
